We want you to love your Magnetic Me pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Choose your return reason and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your unwashed, unworn items with tags attached in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer and attach the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
